Amazon Brand Registry Saudi Arabia: Eligibility, Enrolment, and Access

Ready to enrol in Amazon Brand Registry? You'll need to complete the following steps:

Review eligibility requirements

Brands must have a registered and active text (word mark) or image-based trade mark (design mark). This trade mark must also appear on your products or packaging.

Sign into Amazon Brand Registry

Brand Registry applications must be submitted by trade mark owners. If you meet the eligibility requirements, sign in using your existing Seller or Vendor Central credentials. Or, if you don’t yet have an Amazon account, create one for create one for free.

Enrol your brand

Once you sign in, you will need to enrol your brand(s). After we have verified the information you submit during enrolment, you will be able to access Brand Registry’s features to help protect your brand.

1. Review eligibility requirements

To be eligible for Amazon Brand Registry, your brand must have an active registered trade mark in each country where you wish to enrol. The trade mark for your brand must be in the form of a text-based mark (word mark) or an image-based mark with words, letters, or numbers (design mark). Depending on where your trade mark is registered, eligible trade marks can have different classifications based on their issuing trade mark office. Examples of trade marks that we currently accept for enrolment are included below:

We currently only accept trade marks that have been issued by government trade mark offices in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Australia, India, Japan, Turkey, Singapore, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Saudi Arabia, Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates.If your trade mark is registered with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), please submit the corresponding trade mark number assigned by the national trade mark office as it may differ from the trade mark number assigned by WIPO. If your trade mark is registered by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), please select EUIPO as your trade mark registrar in your application. Brand Registry is not affiliated with any of these offices; please do not contact them for information about Brand Registry. Updates to Brand Registry eligibility criteria will be posted to this page.
The trade mark text must match the brand name on the application. If your trade mark is an Image-based mark with words, letters, or numbers, you will need to upload a copy of the image exactly as it appears on your trade mark record. Please ensure that this information matches before submitting your application.

This trade mark must also appear on your products or packaging.

2. Sign in to Amazon Brand Registry

Brand Registry applications must be submitted by trade mark owners. If you are an authorized agent, please have the trade mark owner enrol the brand first, and add your account as an additional user. If you meet the eligibility requirements, the next step is to sign into Brand Registry. If you are a Vendor or Seller on Amazon, use your Vendor or Seller Central credentials to sign in. Using the same username and password will enable access to Brand Registry features and benefits that are linked to Vendor and Seller services.

3. Enrol your brand(s)

To enrol a brand, you will need to provide the following information:

• Your brand name that has an active registered trade mark; the active registered trade mark for your brand must appear on your products or packaging.
• The trade mark registration number provided by the Intellectual Property office. Please note that we do not accept application numbers.
• A list of product categories (e.g., apparel, sporting goods, electronics) in which your brand should be listed.
• A list of countries where your brand’s products are manufactured and distributed.
After you submit this information, we will verify that you are the Rights Owner of the trademark and reach out to a contact that meets our requirements. This person will receive a verification code. You will need to send this code back to Amazon to complete the enrolment process.

Once we have verified the provided information, you will get access to the full suite of Amazon Brand Registry’s benefits and features that help you protect your brand.
